Technology has opened new doors to the imagination. With animation, cinema, and then online content, fantasy has found a thousand ways to "come to life" from a different perspective. And with video games, a dimension has been added: interactivity. Who has never dreamed of guiding their character through Azeroth, or traversing Spira in search of adventure?
From April 3 to 5, 2026 in Mons, the CyberZone becomes a true hub dedicated to fantasy on the "screens" side: a space where content creators meet you, where you can engage in lively discussions with those you follow on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Instagram, and where video games naturally find their place among the roots of imagination at Trolls & Légendes.
In the CyberZone, videographers, streamers, web creators, studios, and digital speakers come together in one place. The idea is simple: to step behind the screen. Here, fantasy is not consumed alone; it is shared, commented on, decoded, and experienced together.
There are many video game festivals. But the CyberZone stands out by its angle: bringing together "tech" players and communities that primarily talk about fantasy, its universes, its codes, its mythologies, and how it expresses itself today on platforms.
In the spirit of the "From shadow to light" edition, the CyberZone offers bridges between very different imaginations: from the depths of Tolkien lore to the brilliance of a heroic universe, from dark worlds to brighter tales, from ancient legends to contemporary creations. Everyone can find their entry point, according to their passions and references.
For a long time, video games were stigmatized. Today, being a "gamer" has become a norm, and an entire generation has discovered fantasy by exploring interactive worlds, whether they are vast and persistent universes, epic quests, or more intimate journeys.
Some franchises have become icons of pop culture (Warcraft, Tomb Raider, Minecraft, GTA...), and fantasy also has its major experiences: mythological adventures, RPGs, dark fantasy, open worlds, or narrative tales. Through these games, fantasy ceases to be "only imaginary": it becomes a space for creation, sharing, and discovery, where everyone can live their own story.
The CyberZone is designed to welcome visitors with very different profiles, united by one common point: curiosity about fantasy and what it becomes in the digital age. Whether you are a Twitch regular, a YouTube enthusiast, a TikTok/Instagram scroller, or simply someone who wants to understand what happens behind the screens, the CyberZone is made for you.
On site, you will be able to:
The guests and participants of the CyberZone will be added progressively as confirmations come in. Check back regularly on this page: the programming will be enriched as announcements are made.
