Ticketing and prices

Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding ticketing, the different types of tickets/PASS, and pricing periods.

After payment, you will receive your tickets in e-ticket format. At the entrance, simply present the QR code on your smartphone or in printed version.

When does ticketing open?

Ticketing has been open since 01/20 (start of the Super Early Bird presale).

Where to buy tickets (on your site or via an external platform)?

Tickets can be purchased through the online ticketing accessible from our site (payment and issuance of e-tickets are managed via the Weezevent solution).

Are there presale prices / price change dates?

Yes, there are several pricing periods:

  • Presale 1: from 01/20 to 02/15 (inclusive)
  • Presale 2: from 02/16 to 04/02 (inclusive)
  • Full price: from 04/03

⚠️ VAT Exception: in case of a change in the VAT rate on 03/01, prices may be adjusted from that date, including during presale 2.

The ticket price includes: the ticket + VAT (6%) + transaction fees applied to the ticket.

Are tickets refundable / exchangeable / transferable?

The specific conditions (refund/exchange/transfer) are those indicated in the ticketing and/or the sales conditions associated with the purchase.

Are tickets nominative? (if all tickets are in the name of the buyer, is it a problem?)

No. Tickets are not nominative: only the name of the buyer can appear on the tickets.

This does not pose any problem at the entrance if you have purchased multiple tickets for other people.

Can tickets be purchased on-site on the same day?

The main sale is planned via the online ticketing. An on-site sale is organized, but the best way to ensure your quick access to the festival and to take advantage of the best prices remains purchasing in presale.

What is the difference between Festival ticket, Concert ticket, and Pass?

🏰 FESTIVAL Ticket: access only to the Festival area from 10am to 7pm.

🎸 CONCERT Ticket: access only to the evening concerts starting at 6:00pm.

Understanding the PASSES:

  • 🟦 1-day PASS: access to the entire Festival area (10am-7pm) and to the concert evening on the same day.
  • 🟪 2-day PASS (Saturday + Sunday): access to the Festival (10am-7pm) and concerts on Saturday + Sunday evenings.
  • 🟥 3-day PASS (Friday + Saturday + Sunday): Friday evening concert + Festival (10am-7pm) and concerts on Saturday + Sunday evenings.
  • ⭐ VIP PASS : includes a 1-day PASS, meals in the VIP area (lunch and dinner, 3-course menu) with drinks included in this area, VIP parking, dedicated access (possibility to enter earlier than standard access) and a VIP souvenir bag with a selection of goodies.
  • ⛺ CAMPING Ticket : access to the camping from Friday evening to Monday morning (tents only). Vehicles, caravans, and motorhomes are prohibited.
With a Festival ticket, can we access the evening concerts (from 6 PM)?

No. The Festival ticket only grants access to the festival area from 10 AM to 7 PM.

For the evening concerts (from 6 PM) in the Concert area, a Concert ticket or an appropriate PASS is required.

Is there a limit on tickets per purchase?

Any potential limit depends on the ticketing rules at the time of purchase (if a limit applies, it is indicated during the order).

Are there child rates / free entry / age conditions?

Yes: children under 12 benefit from free entry to the festival and concerts but must be accompanied by an adult.
