Applications (exhibitors, artisans, catering, activities, associations, media) are made via dedicated forms and only during an application period. For the current edition, applications are closed. They generally open between September and November for the following year's edition.

How to become an exhibitor / artisan / food stand?

We do not centralize applications by email: during the application period, a specific form is made available to submit a file (show, activity, etc.).

Do you recruit GMs / RPG associations / initiations?

Yes, we work with GMs/associations according to the needs of each edition.
You can send us your proposals via the Partner form.

Do you recruit photo/video/press service providers?

Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through the appropriate channels, but for anything related to a partnership (media, visibility, collaboration), the most effective way is to go through the Partners form (and not the "contact" form). We then route to the relevant department.
