Biography & career

Bertrand Benoît is a designer, illustrator, concept artist, and colorist. He draws in a realistic, detailed, and dynamic style, perfectly mastered for each universe he creates or participates in. He has worked in several sectors such as video games (Ubisoft), figurines, board games ("Ryu", "Gosu"), and comics. At Éditions Soleil, he published Les chroniques d'Arawn (2013), Oracle (2014), Brocéliande (2017), Elfes (2018), Conquêtes (2019), and Terres d'Ogon (2023). In 2024, he signs the 1st volume of the highly anticipated new series by Jean-Luc Istin, at Oxymore Editions, West Fantasy. At the end of 2025, he will provide the drawings for the 6th volume of the series West Fantasy, for which he has already drawn the first part. This series continues its rise among readers.
