Babilule Jewelry

Les bijoux de Babilule is a Belgian artisanal workshop founded by Laurence, a creator passionate about transforming old objects into contemporary jewelry. She breathes new life into antique tableware, silver-plated cutlery and small forgotten treasures by turning them into original creations. Each piece tells a story and preserves the memory of an everyday object to which a new existence is given.
The creations combine the charm of the past with a poetic sensibility, with a preference for patinated materials and decorations that seem to come straight out of a cabinet of curiosities or a fairy tale. Each piece of jewelry is entirely handmade in the workshop. The creator carefully selects antique plates, cuts each fragment of porcelain, polishes it and then assembles it with various findings in order to obtain a sturdy and elegant piece. Antique spoons and forks are also worked, cut, shaped and polished to become pendants, rings or earrings. The creations are offered as unique pieces or in very small series, depending on the patterns available on the antique porcelains.
On the occasion of Estivales 2026, Babilule will present a selection of earrings, pendants, rings and bracelets made from antique porcelains and reimagined vintage cutlery, as well as small poetic worlds in globes. These creations will appeal as much to lovers of craftsmanship as to enthusiasts of antique objects, originality and poetry.
