Les Mondes flottants is a new publishing house dedicated to the imagination. With exclusively color-illustrated novels for an adult and young adult audience, we believe in the complementarity between text and image to help you discover new voices and incredible artists! Our approach advocates for a Francophone production that is halfway between graphic novels and illustrated novels to offer visually rich editions, serving as entry points into the authors' imaginations.

For this first event at Trolls et Légendes, Nathan Krieg will unveil in preview When Kings Fall, his first richly illustrated novel, blending the atmosphere of fairy tales and dark fantasy: you will follow the investigation of Iodée, a sorceress tracing her past, as the world seems to be plagued by anomalies related to immortality. Alongside her, Ghislain Laurent and the duology The Guardian of Light, a quest for revenge tinged with a benevolent gay romance. Gustave Auguste will also present The Fall of Anthemisa, a choral novel with 200 steampunk illustrations set in Europe in the 1910s, InnSide, a family adventure experienced from the inn's perspective, and Mirror Rim, a romantic comedy straddling two parallel universes!
