Ambre Tarrier - Youth illustration, linocut, and dreamlike universe

Ambre TARRIER - Exposition d'art : créations inspirées de la nature et de l'imaginaire

Ambre Tarrier is an artist specialized in children's illustration and linocut. After obtaining a first degree in digital publishing, she felt the need to go further, to continue learning, and especially to create more. She then went to Paris for a year of upgrading in applied arts, before continuing her training in graphic arts and illustration at the Brassart de Tours school, where she completed her studies in 2023.

In 2024, Ambre engages in volunteer work in civic service with a municipality in Seine-et-Marne, as part of a mission to raise awareness of environmental issues. Concerned about the environment, she naturally combines creation and commitment by writing and creating a small fantastic and ecological tale: "The Secrets of the Engraved Rock".

At the same time, she has the opportunity to collaborate with Les Éditions du Sabot Rouge, a local publishing house, as an illustrator on a collection of nursery rhymes written by Corinne Albaut, dedicated to the Fontainebleau region. The book is titled "Hello Fontainebleau Forest!".

Since then, Ambre has been working as a full-time artist-author. Her work, intensely inspired by nature and folklore, is expressed through various creations. At Trolls & Légendes, you can find her prints, children's books, linocut prints, handmade stationery, totebags, and other pieces from her universe.

She invites you to let yourself be carried away into a mystical, dreamlike, and decidedly fantastic world.
