Jacques CHAMBON - Merlin, but not only

The famous Merlin from the Kaamelott series and films will enchant all the festival-goers of Trolls et Légendes and spread his magic at the cinema and comic book signing stands for the attendees. Jacques Chambon, a key figure in French fantasy, has left a mark on many with his cult interpretation of the enchanter in the successful series and films of Kaamelott created by Alexandre Astier. Both clumsy, ironic, and deeply human, his Merlin has become one of the most iconic characters in the modern Arthurian universe.

He is not just limited to his role as Merlin! He also shines alongside Michel Rodrigue in the creation of Shame of Thrones, a comic book adapted from his successful play in which he humorously reworks the codes of fantasy and great medieval sagas.

Actor, author, theater director, we find Jacques in several films including Les Vengeances de Maître Poutifard alongside Christian Clavier.
