Children, families, practical rules
Trolls & Legends is a family event: many visitors come with children, in strollers, and sometimes in costume. To ensure everything goes smoothly (safety, comfort of visit, flow), here are the answers to the most frequently asked practical questions.
Children up to 12 years old inclusive benefit from free admission (access to festival as well as concerts), provided they are accompanied by a paying adult. Beyond that, a ticket is required according to the chosen formula.
Yes, the festival is generally accessible with a stroller. A large part of the spaces is indoors and suitable for a high flow of visitors. As with any very crowded event, there may be dense areas at certain times (peak attendance), where you will simply need to take a little more time.
No, animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs (especially for visually impaired individuals).
For safety reasons, certain items may be prohibited or restricted (for example: glass containers, dangerous objects, etc.). Checks may take place at the entrance, and the instructions from the on-site security team are authoritative.
Yes, you can come in costume: it is even a tradition of the festival.
For accessories like "weapons," prefer elements that are clearly fake and non-dangerous. The security team may refuse access to an accessory deemed problematic (metal objects, spikes, realistic blades, etc.). In case of doubt, opt for a clearly harmless version.
