Accessibility for PRM / PSH

We do everything we can to make Trolls & Légendes accessible to as many people as possible. Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the reception of people with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities (PSH). For any specific situation, our "PRM Assistance" team is here to help you on site.
If you wish to prepare for your visit (specific needs, mobility constraints, schedules, etc.), contact pmr@trollsetlegendes.eu

Is there a PRM/PSH rate?

No. To date, we do not offer a specific PRM/PSH rate on the ticketing.

Does an accompanying person have to pay for a ticket?

Yes. In the absence of a PRM/PSH rate, the accompanying person must also have a valid ticket (Festival / Concert / Pass depending on the desired activities).

Is there PRM assistance on site? How to contact it?

Yes. A PRM assistance service is available on site during the event to answer your questions and guide you (access, circulation, specific needs, etc.).

To contact them, the easiest way is to go to the reception / information point upon your arrival: the team will immediately direct you to the PRM service.

For any questions, you can contact the PRM team at pmr@trollsetlegendes.eu

Access, adapted restrooms, circulation: what facilities?

The site is organized to allow for the smoothest possible circulation, and accessible restrooms are provided. Our team on site can also indicate the most practical access points and recommended pathways based on your situation.
